Accord, this project stands as an exemplar of procurement innovation,
championing local businesses, workforce training, and community
involvement. From start to finish, it was a project for Northland, built
by Northlanders—a collaboration that extends far beyond the physical
structure itself.
The Civic Centre is shaped by a strong Māori design and cultural
narrative, seamlessly integrated into its architecture and finishes.
