We were engaged to bring Studio 11:11’s vision to life, transforming PH Digital’s
newly acquired warehouse into a sophisticated, functional workspace. The goal was
to create an environment that reflects PH Digital’s expertise in digital marketing while
prioritising staff well-being and client experience.
Located in vibrant Grey Lynn the warehouse presented an exciting opportunity with
its high ceilings, ample natural light, and expansive footprint. However, like many
industrial spaces, it required careful planning to balance its raw, open nature with
warmth, intimacy, and functionality.
Our challenge was to seamlessly integrate high-quality finishes and construction
techniques to deliver a space that felt both inspiring and inviting.
Myx played a pivotal role in achieving this vision by adding galvanized sheet steel,
pouring in-situ basalt slabs, and textured glass pivot doors were carefully
integrated to retain the building’s industrial character and applying textured plaster
finishes that introduce depth and softness to the space, helping to counterbalance
the raw industrial elements.
This project is a perfect fusion of industrial strength and refined comfort,
transforming an open warehouse into a sophisticated, inspiring workspace.
