Building on our successful partnership with Ullrich, having completed similar
projects across Aotearoa, we embarked on a new venture—transforming their warehouse,
offices, and showroom into a fully re-tenanted space designed for
optimal functionality and appeal.
Understanding the need for a holistic approach to accommodate diverse tenant requirements,
we set out to create a modern, versatile destination. The
refurbishment involved extensive renovations and upgrades, from structural
enhancements, roofing, and cladding to aesthetic improvements and infrastructure
updates.
Our team meticulously revitalised both the exterior façade and interior finishes, ensuring
a cohesive, high-quality design that enhances both functionality and visual
appeal.
The result is a revitalised, future-ready space—one that not only meets but
exceeds Ullrich’s expectations, providing a modern and adaptable environment for
tenants across the warehouse, office, and showroom areas.
